— I've mentioned amounts and how many each serves, you may increase or decrease anything in quantity dependent on how many people consume.

I understand some people may not consume eggs but you can replace that part with whatever you can eat.

And well just to mention, since some of these are immunity boosters, we started following a more strict regimen post-covid.

I understand some of these things may sound unusual but it's really not that hard to consume.
Regardless, I highly recommend you to carry out some research and look for your own options too.

The point of doing all of this is too because generally we as humans should have a balanced diet but getting into our monotonous routines we become careless and eat to beat hunger.
Hence sometimes having a diet plan helps you intentionally consume a balanced diet.

We usually consume all sorts of vegetables, lentils and meat. These additional things help with anything we're missing out on.
