This year is going to be a whole new challenge. So many things have had to change, and (as a community) we are learning new lessons every week. But I am inspired by the communication, comradery, and care that I have seen from everyone...

... Our ability to adapt, and make quick improvements will come from our ability to share practice and ideas. I have never seen the sector as a whole so willing to collaborate, collectively pulling each other up, everyone doing their bit to help. We get through this together...

...I am so proud that @pedPancakes has been valued and engaged with. But so many other great networks. The Professors in Prep, the various learned societies, #LTHEChat, quick publishing of guides and papers, and even just tweets of encouragement...

... It is great to see people checking in on each other, looking out for colleagues, students, friends. I personally think that pastoral care, and learning communities will never be more valued. It's wonderful to see so many innovations in these areas...

... Brilliant to see students partner with us, participating on new initiatives and driving forward structures of care and support. Really excited about what the reps and @lincolnSU have planned. As always, it is a pleasure to work with our awesome student colleagues...
