I know many people are anxious about the #AIIMS report.
There seems to be some contradictions in the findings of one of the reports. That is why the medical report is delayed in the #SushanthSinghRajput case.
One of the reports does mention a "partial hanging".

Short thread
A "partial hanging" is when a possible cause of death is choking (Asphyxia) as a rope (in this case, dupatta) blocks airway and body is denied Oxygen.
But according to the recreation of the crime scene, he was tall enough so that his legs touch the ground (in this case, the bed).
It's impossible for a person to die by suicide if his legs touch the ground.
Even if one tried to fold his legs to ensure hanging of the body, it's still impossible. Involuntary movements take over during dying pain and legs will come down automatically and touch the ground.
The mystery is: How can a person die of hanging if it is physically impossible for him?
The only possible explanation is: A semi-conscious or an unconscious person was tied to a rope and left to hang.
So even though the feet were touching the ground, the person couldn't use them.
If that has happened then this case becomes a murder case and not of homicide.
If an unconscious person was tied to rope and a fake suicide scene was created, this case turns to be a premeditated murder.
So, "partial hanging" indicates murder and not suicide.
Here's a disclaimer.
This finding is explosive, so the board has gone back to basics.
A "partial hanging" means, Sushant was first made unconscious and his neck was put on a rope to make it look like suicide.
Sushant couldn't save himself by touching ground as he was unconscious.
This is tragic!
This explains the activities before & after the death.
1. The liquid given to him before he went to his room
2. Why nobody broke open the door even after a long time
3. Why no neighbour was informed
4. Why face bears no mark of pain
5. Why asphyxia is the immediate cause of death
I would like to humbly disagree with the media that the conclusion of Partial Hanging indicates dying by suicide.
On the contrary, it indicates cold blooded, pre-planned murder.
Obviously, if such is the conclusion, then the CBI, AFSL and AIIMS teams will make sure they are right
This is why the reports are delayed.
Once this is declared as murder inquest, the case takes a permanent turn. Then next step for the CBI is to find out the murderer(s).
The AIIMS and Viscera reports too need to corroborate the conclusion by CFSL.
So, all of teams need more time.
This is source-based information on why reports are delayed. Conclusions may change if further facts emerge.
This is a developing situation.
Many appear tensed, so putting it out.
This could turn out to be a murder as partial hanging doesn't indicate suicide.
