For Indian state, it is never in interest to kill people like Babar Qadri. We must not come to conclusions based on emotions/loss of life etc. There are numerous elements that could have simply killed him to prove a point.

Babar who was vocal on Indian news channels against Indian state violence, was also vocal against separatist of Kashmir and its authorities in Pakistan at the same time.

Initially I didn’t like that person (May Allah forgive him) because of his posts against Syed Ali Shah Geelani and Hurriyat etc, however with me maturing some of his saying made sense.

If Indian state had to kill people like Babar, then there are 100’s before him in the list.
