2nd: Law of Regional Ethnic Autonomy
Article 21: In regions that have ethnic autonomy, ethnic groups can use 1 or several languages in that region. Regions that have several widely used languages, they can use the language of the ethnicity that governs the region as the main one.

Article 49: Encourage Govt staff members of all ethnicities to learn each other's languages. Han staff need to learn the language of the region's ethnic minorities where they work, staff of other ethnicities need to learn mandarin while learning their native languages.
