Shudras will be divided into two categories
1. Satvik
2. Tamasik

Only the first category will be permitted in field of processed Food, clothing, pharmaceutical, Service, pottery etc. Fields.

The second category can indulge in other remaining ventures from Software, Mining, Construction , Transport, Telecommunications, Oil etc.

Sub-groups(jatis) would hold community based enterprises that would be registered in place of companies.

These enterprises would hold patents and other permissions .Free flow of Shudras allowed between these enterprises. Enterprises would be responsible for teaching necessary skills required.

Jobs of father will be automatically reserved for the elder son.

In case of incompetence enterprises can recommend for training period or Suspension could be issued and person would be able to fight it in community courts and further in Higher courts.

Self-employment would be highly supported by V2 owned banks.

Shudras would be allowed in Army engineering core and Spy network.
There will be 4 Shudra elective representative reserved for Village council.
These elected will vote for Shudra representatives of Town council and they further will Vote for City councils,

who will then vote for State ministry and further in a similar way they will vote for Central Ministry.
A normal person will have to Vote once only.
Two council would work on every level
1. Elected representatives
2. Appointed representative of Village/City/State/Country head(V1)

The latter would only overlook and audit the work of Elected representatives. They will only interfere or takeover in emergency or crisis.

Haven't thought about Media and Movie Industry, as the Kalyug is moving ahead they are more likely to scrapped for betterment.
