Why the LMPD officers weren't charged with murder in Breonna Taylor case.

1.)Background facts: Breonna Taylor was dating Jamarcus Glover a known dope boy. She herself was NOT involved in the dope game and had NO criminal record.

2.)However, Jamarcus Chase bank statements and mail was being sent to her house. Futhermore a car she rented for Jamarcus was found with a dead body of Jamarcus associate Demarius Bowman brother Fernandez Bowman. Jamarcus was also spotted driving her dodge black charger.

3.)She also bail him out of jail a couple of times as well. They also have recorded convos with her and Jamarcus while he was in jail. This is why she ended up on the LMPD radar and how the no knocked warrant got approve.

4.) Now for the charges: In the state of Ky in order to be charged with murder it has to intentional and planned. Which is not the case here. Officers executed the no knocked warrant but Breonna new boyfriend Kenneth Walker fired a warning shot at the officers trying to break in

5.) One officer was hit in the femoral artery and almost bleed out. The other two officers returned fire. One of the rounds hit Breonna in the head killing her.

6.) As for manslaughter and reckless homicide charges that has to deal with criminal negligence or murder under emotional duress (crimes of passion) and it'll be hard to prove that here as the officers were reacting in self defense from being fired upon.

Also the cop got charged with wanton endangerment because he fired shots into an apartment that wasn't Breonna Taylor.

8.) At the end of day no knock warrants are grossly unconstitutional under the 4th amendment. Breonna Taylor is not the first person nor the last person that will be killed due to no knock warrants. This is why we must fight to end them.
