just realized that reading online feminists and online nerds about how to socialize was probably as or even more harmful to my socializing than reading like puas and shit

none of them are good for you

cause pua stuff i p much ignored, it just wasn't stuff id actually do, and it probably distorted my model of reality (as soon as you have a "model" of reality you're already fucked, directly perceive what's going on or you die)

the nerd stuff i took seriously implicitly - awful idea!

i think following nerd social norms makes you a nerd
