For anyone who needs it.

Here are 6 tips from our psychologists to help reduce any stress and anxiety you might be feeling at the moment. 👇
1. Take care of the basics: maintain a routine, get enough rest, eat healthy food, exercise regularly.
2. Stay connected with your family and friends.

Reach out via telephone or social media if you can't see them physically.
3. Minimize watching, reading or listening to news that causes you to feel anxious or distressed.
4. Get the facts about COVID-19.

There is a lot of misinformation out there, so check in with trusted websites and your local health authority at regular intervals for verified information.

Follow the recommendations set out by your local health authorities.
5. Help others: if you can and don’t need to be on strict isolation, find ways to help these in need.

You could get supplies for older adults and connect with people that are alone.

Helping others is meaningful, it can make a difference and can make you feel better too.
6. Understand what you are feeling.

It is normal to feel vulnerable and overwhelmed, especially if you have experienced trauma or a psychological problems in the past. ❤️
