In China, the number 1 business is real estate. You might not be interested in this idea as everyone knows. What if some local governments restrict people from buying properties but keep building houses using state-run companies?

Many people believe there are always people renting properties for basic living. They earn salaries and pay rent. Repeat.

Let's say you have £500K to buy a flat in London. You rent them out £3K per month. It costs 13.8 year to get £500K back on the face value without considering interest rate, inflation etc.
The reason why people think real estate is valueable business is the provision of land is limited. However, some areas aren't popular to rent properties out, which is one of risks. what if a country is in a war? Not necessary human-human war; COVID-19 is one of wars.
To wrap up this thread, I'm interested in Bitcoin for sure. I know a little and wouldn't say "oh it's about blockchain, not interesting. can fall into $1 at any time".

2015, I earned 100% from stock market because I selected the right company.
Until now, I still think I should be fine with Bitcoin.
