"Who should be the next Chelsea manager??" Is the big question and point of discussion. I have seen this question being asked multiple times on the TL and I have asked it. So this is to explain my Prime choice for the next Chelsea manger and why .............

The Name that tops the list and very rightly so is .......

Now onto the reasons for why I think he's the best Choice:
Tuchel is obviously a great manager , the way he's come up through the ranks.
He's technically so good and his knowledge and view of the game is brilliant to say the least but there are quite a few other factors too .

Playstyle & Formation: Tuchel is a flexible manager but that's to the bare minimum. He prefers a certain playstyle (jdp) and he sticks to it (just like Pep, Klopp etc).
His most preferred formation is 4-3-3 which is very fluid & Stable & as of now it's Chelsea's best Formation.

He also believes that positive and attacking is the only way to go and that's something I personally desperately want at Chelsea .
