@NordicTrack I was offered a replacement or refund on my faulty bike, I opted for the refund as my husband has lost his job during COVID, this has now been declined and you want to send a replacement. I have bipolar and we are hugely struggling financially, I have explained.. 1/2

2/2 this to your adviser who passed it to a manager who said it is your right to refuse the refund originally offered and send a replacement. If have shown how much we are financially struggling and it’s still declined. Can I ask in what circumstances you do off a refund if 2/3

3/3 of this doesn’t qualify. And can I ask someone higher up takes a look at my case please. I am only asking for a bit of compassion . I am in a desperate situation, struggling even for groceries for my children
