This statement is also highly contradictory. The (rather reasonable) argument that you can’t have a ‘banned crimes list’ because undercover officers will be ‘tested’, is totally undermined by saying we wouldn’t violate ECHR re murder or torture -basically giving a banned list.
So if you can declare you won’t violate what’s prohibited in ECHR - effectively declaring a banned crimes list - you surely also can make that part of UK law too? Wonder what @RoryCormac thinks of this thread...
