Treasure is not popular in Korea at the moment, but I heard when YGTB was airing live, the DC gallery& #39;s 리젠 (new post regeneration rate) was as fast as Produce 101& #39;s gallery. Meaning it was just as popular as Produce 101 at least online. But the 2 year term of silence made many

korean fans tired and many left. Also I heard many left when they heard Yedam published a single first, as many fans thought the group should come first and foremost and solos later. The atmosphere here is that majority of K fans don& #39;t want solo units in the first 3 years.

I have no personal feelings against Yedam. Just a translator for Treasure DC gallery. Most koreans use Treasure Map Gallery for heated discussions though as that place is where free opinions are more allowed. I am a all member fan and believe some K fans are mean to Yedam.

I agree Yedam, Mashiho and Hyunsuk deserve more respect amongst the core K teumes. I will update the current situation with better wifi soon. Stay tuned.

The fact that there are 4 Jp members in Treasure is not why Treasure& #39;s popularity growth is slow in Korea. Twice also had 3 Jp members but had an early popularity response in korea as soon as they debuted (because mnet survival shows have bigger exposure). There is no political

reason as to why Treasure can& #39;t become a national idol (국민 아이돌) in korea in the future. The korean teens and twenties demographic is very accepting of Jp Kpop idols in Korea. The older generation however, some still do have national prejudices against them. But this won& #39;t be

why Treasure is having a slow popularity response in Korea right now. Rather it is because of many reasons. One of the main complaints K teumes have is the make up and styling issue. Currently, YG has hired Red Hong and her makeup team to do Treasure& #39;s makeup. She is virtually

a nobody when it comes to the makeup artist industry. She has done some small jobs in the past, doing makeup for unknown actors and such, but she is not qualified to do makeup for such an anticipated idol group like treasure. We find it strange YG offered her the job because YG

has enough money to hire famous makeup artists for treasure such as Jung Saem Mol, Jenny House, Soonsu, who have plenty of experience working with both male and female idol groups. But instead YG chose to save money and hire a nobody to do makeup for Treasure because there are

many members in Treasure. K teumes first complained after they saw the horrendous red eyeshadow panda makeup on Treasure& #39;s debut press conference. They then noticed alot of the members developed acne over time. (Junghwan, Jihoon, Junkyu etc). These members had good skin before

debuting, so there seems to be a problem with how she uses foundation bases. There is a long running rumor that makeup artists who work with groups with many members use and rotate the same sponge or brush on members& #39; faces. This causes makeup poisoning and is very unhygenic and

causes acne on idols& #39; faces. An idol& #39;s skin condition is very important as it is an image centered industry. K Teumes have tried mass mailing YG about this issue and have tried posting mass comments on Red Hong& #39;s instagram, but she just shut her comment section and isn& #39;t fired.

Because the members are in their puberty, it would be best if YG invests in a new, and more expensive makeup artist. Jung Saem Mol are known to do better skin prep before applying makeup, such as doing better skincare before foundation etc. So alot of actors and actresses go to

Jung Saem Mol for makeup. However they are expensive and paying for 12 members for expensive makeup artists would cost YG a fortune. Hence that is why they seemed to choose a cheaper makeup artist. We hope Red Hong is fired soon, and that YG finds a more professional makeup

male actor& #39;s hair styling. Some are really A list actors such as Lee Min Ho. However, the K Teumes don& #39;t like Blow because they repeat the same style over and over and have no originality or taste when it comes to hair styling.
Next is the fashion stylist. This stylist has

mostly worked with male actors in their 30s, 40s. They have a dandy taste when it comes to styling and alot of K Teumes complain that they style Treasure like a "배슬" which means an actor. Treasure members are a KPOP idol, and should be styled in a more younger, casual and fresh

way. We believe that the fashion stylist also needs to change. I will update some more K Teume opinions later this week.
