ECI has (through IT department) sent notices to @OfficeofUT, @AUThackeray, @supriya_sule & @PawarSpeaks for alleged discrepancies on their election affidavit.

I’ve re-sent the complaint against Kapil Mishra along with a legal notice today to @SpokespersonECI & @CeodelhiOffice.
If notices aren’t issued immediately to Kapil Mishra, I shall be filing a Writ Petition against the EC.
Political favoritism by ECI won’t be tolerated.

The @SpokespersonECI should realize that the ECI is an independent neutral body.
It cannot selectively issue notices to non-BJP leaders while remaining mum on an open-and-shut case against BJP’s Kapil Mishra who literally fudged his tax returns & lied.
This needs answers.
