As of yesterday, he had 6k+ followers most of them among Indian Muslims.

In April, a handle with the name @KahlownYasin pretending to be an Arab Sheikh was caught and exposed but not before it had doxxed many Hindus and done a lot of negative propaganda against India.

After this handle, run by a Pakistani named Mobeen from Faisalabad, was caught & exposed he renamed his handle and changed his DP to @Hackey_007

There are 2 ways to verify this -
go to the archives of his page from April and July

and view page source and look for "profile_id". You will find the same Twitter ID in both cases.

The other is to just search for KahlownYasin on twitter and you will find it takes you to @Hackey_007's tweets from April
