Adik2, i nak share my biggest financial failure

1. Bila jadi doktor ingatkan boleh ada lifestyle macam eksekutif.
Study kat starbucks
Belanja boss expensive foods
Buy non Malaysian car (kawan i pernah cakap banyak kereta pelik kat hospital)

2. Tak menyimpan
Dapat gaji je belanja.
Beli new clothes, shoes, makeups.
Gaji bertambah pun tak menyimpan. Instead, I buy more and more stuffs.

3. Kredit kad
I pernah ada dua kad kredit. Sebab i am 'loyal' bank offer naikkan credit limit. I can only afford to pay the lowest amount to keep using my card. Jadi hutang i makin lama makin bertambah.
I am 2 years without credit card now and i am proud of myself!

4. Gadgets
Serius tak tipu dulu memang aim nak beli i phone, macbook. I pernah beli i phone 5, i phone 6 dan I pad air. Sekarang i pad air je masih elok.

Now i guna phone Oppo A12 je. Siapa rajin pergi tengok berapa je harga phone i.

5. MLM
Yes. Pernah tertipu join MLM. Habis 20k. Itupun hutang. Damn. Wish i am not that stupid.

6. Buat loan untuk bayar kredit kad. Ini memang kesalahan besar sebab i takde self control. I end up max kan my card again in 2 years. Tambah new loan to pay

7. I lambat sedar i di zon bahaya. Untill one guy threatened me. Dia orang yang bank hire to collect debt. Serius masa tu nak nangis.
I got not choice. I akhirnya pilih AKPK. Orang marah i ambil. Tapi cuba baca balik No 6. Masa i ambil i dah ada kereta dan rumah. Jadi i teruskan
