Yo... sometimes I wonder if humanity crossed the point of no return sometime in the 50s.

Really difficult for me to imagine some sort of magical reversal of the deeply ingrained stupidity polluting our planet.

Anybody got the plug on a trip to Mars? Tryna link and build
I’m having a hard time grasping the fact that we have more knowledge out our fingertips than at any point in existence thus far, yet it seems as time goes on maybe a (generous) 20% of 18+ y/o humans are responsible enough to be considered functional adults within society.
We’re all just animals at the end of the day and I think we are proving that humans are incapable of truly evolving and handling the responsibility of being the most intelligent beings on the planet.
The planet we have managed to effectively destroy***

Humans have only been truly industrialized for a TINY fraction of the time they’ve even existed. Think about that lol
If we all die in the next 50 years, it’ll only be another million years or so before we evolve enough to do it all over again, and that’s assuming that the planet recovers from our plight in that time.

I’ll take the blue pill, Morpheus. Frig it.
Apologies for the brutally doom and gloom tweet 😂

I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time, but I’m starting to realize that’s because I’ve dived headfirst into the sea of nihilism and (somewhat obviously) social isolation.

I recommend it.
