let’s talk about how “armys are toxic” seems/is racially charged — a short thread

this very popular boy and that “sprouted out of no where” seems to be perfect with no faults

the media made up the narrative “armys are so toxic” to make it seem like there’s a problem with this “almost perfect” group

there are DOZENS of articles on army doing nothing but joking around and doing what other fandoms do... why are we the only ones called out?

and as bts continues to grow, more fandoms jump on the “armys are toxic” bandwagon as a way to justify why they continuously tear bts down

“armys are toxic” is used to excuse almost everything. “they’re toxic they said my faves are flops so i spread sa rumors” “they’re toxic that’s why bts don’t deserve to be successful”

the media continuously ignores the good armys do to portray us as the bad guys? why? because that’s the problem with this “perfect group”

we’re dedicated but we’re “obsessed brainwashed little girls” in the same sentence.

wanting the people we stan to become successful and gain the recognition they deserve is suddenly a problem

they make almost everything negative about us cause there HAS to be a problem with this foreign group. there has to be SOMETHING wrong with them, they can’t just be this successful with no flaws. and when they couldnt find anything, they targeted the fandom

this wasn’t actually a short thread cause more sht popped up in my mind as i kept going that made me angry

and if you got a problem w this... you’re mad cause i called you out
