OK. This tweet, as well as seeing some tweets from quite a few first year teachers has really had my brain spinning. The whole idea that new Ts may or may not have mentors/co-workers to count on because of these crazy pandemic times of ours has me concerned. So, couple of ideas+ https://twitter.com/yungchompskii/status/1308741689973108738
+would new Ts find a weekly chat at all helpful during all of this, we could try to get some veteran Ts to join in as well, or would that be too overwhelming? Another idea is just a public Google Doc or something like that for new Ts to post concerns/questions. I don’t know,+
+maybe everyone is too overwhelmed for these ideas, but this is what EduTwitter use to be best at-helping and connecting those that felt like they were all on their own. We can all remember what our 1st year teaching was like, 1st year teaching during a pandemic has to be so+
+crazy, there has to be a way to help out new Ts better on here. I am open for any and all suggestions!
