If your company or school is mandating you to get Influenza or #COVID #vaccine?

This thread is meant to prepare people on what to do and your rights if this is your situation.
I'm hearing two things, one the influenza and Covid shot may be combined...as far as I know there is no shot yet, but companies are talking that they may receive soon...all medical staff required to get it...
Most Hospitals, Schools, and Nursing homes among other companies may be MANDATING that Employees get this vaccine.

Here is what you need to know...

If you want to reject getting this vaccine....the company will hand you a "Religious Exempt Form" to fill out...
DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM

It is a violation of your RIGHTS
According to the Law
An Employer can not discriminate based on your religious beliefs
They have NO RIGHT to ask or know anything about your religion or beliefs in general
2nd, it is a Hippa Violation for the company to ask any questions about your health, this includes asking for immunization records

Unless your company has a statement in your hiring packet that upon hiring states that You are REQUIRED to receive Vaccines and they have listed...
..what those vaccines are...unless they have this, they can not REQUIRE you to receive the vaccine.

The truth is...they CAN'T Legally make you get a Vaccine

So, they make you fill out the Religious Exemption Form
What happens if you fill out this form?

If you fill out this form, it puts the control in the Companies hands. They can put you on a medical leave and give you time off to change your mind and get the shot...they can say if you do not get the shot, that you can not return
If this happens, they can then let you go
It is considered that you have voluntary quit
They are not liable for your job loss
You most likely will not get UnEmployment

Take Control of the situation
Here is what you should do
Write your Company a letter (Feel free to copy what I have come up with)

"To whom it concerns, This is a letter informing you that I will not be consenting to the Influenza or other vaccines based on my religious belief of bodily autonomy....
..." According to the religious discrimination act, you will be out of compliance if you ask me any further questions or if you discriminate my employment based on my personal beliefs at this present time and if you ask questions about the current state of my immunization status
..."that is a Hippa violation. I have worked here for ( ) years and have always been faithful to abide by Proper hygiene procedures and protocols for the safety of our patients. You can expect that I will always act in accordance with these procedures and protocols. "
