To be a Black woman in America is knowing any one of us could have been #BreonnaTalyor. It reminds me that no matter how much we love this country, how much we give and how much we fight for everyone else, that same country can’t be bothered to love us back in the same way (2/3)
No tweet can measure our collective pain. So Instead I ask for us to take a moment to love and embrace the Black women in our lives. Affirm and reaffirm your commitment to their well-being. They’ve been on the front lines for so many and I pray that we will step up for them (3/3)
