But you can make good from complaining

Household products might not satisfy you

Or brands run out of swag in their promotions

You can bitch about it and give one star reviews or tweet it LAME!

Instead contact the company’s customer service

You can do it via email through their contact form

What’s the point?

Usually the company wants happy customers

That means:

- less one star reviews or bad tweets
- good branding

So the company will likely take in your complaint and offer you coupons or rebates

So instead of you complaining and accomplishing nothing, you have:

- gotten your voice heard
- given feedback on product
- received free swag or discounts

Complaining can be draining

Fix that habit to:

“complain and GAIN”

Use this mantra for big ROI areas

When you complain, it means you need to fix something

You can fix a high impact area (like your job, egregious bills, etc)

So spread the mantra!
