[A SHORT THREAD]

I've done some research following this tweet as I was intrigued to see the impact krovinovic has on our games. There are obviously other factors, such as formation and our player choices but anyway... https://twitter.com/dannyw_92/status/1308843635505496065
I found that from the 25 games Krovinovic started, the results were:

- 13 WINS
- 10 DRAWS
- 2 LOSES

from the 25 games which Krovinovic didn't start/ didnt play, the results were:

-11 WINS
-7 DRAWS
-7 LOSES

I also tried to find the impact he had once subbed on ( only when given 20 minutes plus) and found that only on 3 occasions did we concede after he was subbed on (Boro 0-1, Cardiff 1-2, huddersfield 0-1), proving that he tends to add defensive stability and helps control the game
None of this actually proves anything but I do think it shows that he helps us out in midfield massively and allows us to control the game more. There are also many occasions where he has been subbed on and helped add to the score line, such as...
Barnsley 2-0 down at half time, krovinovic comes on and I believe we switch to a 433, game ends 2-2. Newcastle, 3-0 down in the 47th minute, krov comes on in the 57th and the game ends 3-2, once again in a 433.
To conclude, I think this shows that adding Krovinovic to the midfield can do nothing but benefit the team and add a calmness and ability to hold the ball, which no one else really can imo. Obviously I don't have the stats or info to back that up, but those who watch him...
will understand/ see this in his game.
