Kinda wanna have a debate about J.D.'s character from the Broadway musical Heathers (and, well, the movie too I guess).

In case it wasn't blatantly obvious, I have a really weird emotional connection to J.D.'s character; I mean, duh, my preferred name is *literally* +
Jason Dean (and my friends call me J.D.), so I can't say I completely despised his character.

Also, if anyone does actually debate, this thread will probably be infested with spoilers, so if you haven't seen Heathers, don't read. Lol.
Homeboy honestly could've just gone to a psychologist, gotten diagnosed as a sociopath, gotten therapy for his trauma, and went on his merry way.

Would that erase all the lives he took? I mean, no. But he wouldn't have ended up dead. He still deserved a chance +
He wasn't a psychopath, he *did* have feelings and emotions (or else he wouldn't have cried at Veronica's "suicide" nor would he have even fell in love with her to begin with; although, his feelings for her were just,, obsessive and unhealthy), so he could have gotten help.
Anyways, I could ramble on all day about J.D. but honestly, feel free to debate with me.

But remember that he isn't a real person, lol. We're not defending or prosecuting a living human being; he's a character that we're either fond of, kinda fond of, or not fond of at all.
