We saw this picture circulating around, and we think it's spreading false information about what toxicity is and guilt-tripping people for normal things. So here's our take on it:
1. People can't just press a button and stop having issues with certain things, stop "reacting" to events or stop being insecure. These are humane feelings that people don't have this kind of control over. It would get toxic if the way they react is abusive, manipulative or they-
start inflicting their issues/struggles on others.

2. It's okay not to feel good or not to be thankful all the time. In fact, this kind of positivity is what's toxic as it prevents people from feeling and processing their emotions in order to deal with them healthily.-
Both negative and positive emotions are natural and okay.

3. Lastly, if you have a problem with dealing with certain issues/struggles, communicate that and set boundaries. However, don't claim this person is toxic to make yourself feel better.
