America was founded by white people to be a white country with non-white people existing in service to them. Those whose existence is inconvenient to their objectives are eliminated.

We can change this if we actually work on changing it. BUT WE HAVEN’T ACTUALLY WORKED ON IT YET.

The founding of our country by white people for white purposes has resulted in what we have today: A diverse nation with the legacy of white supremacy still very much informing every day life every where.

Perhaps the most insidious and frustrating part of America’s problem with race is that 400 years of continuous white supremacy has evolved white people to lack the mechanisms and pathways to actually understand what they have done and are doing and how it affects them and POC.

We cannot achieve the necessary progress and changes in this country if the prerequisite is that white people understand, agree, and allow it.

They can’t understand. That ignorance is their birthright, handed down through generations & perfected through the systems they built.

People of color need to band together.

We are the answer.

We are the future.

OUR future in power includes equal treatment for white people, but their past, present, & future in power does NOT include equal treatment for us.

It’s the only way.
