Well my diet consists of 2 meals and 3 snacks. I wake up and drink warm water w lemon (no sugar). This helps open my stomach up, so basically my body uses my fat as energy. After 11 (first meal) i eat 3 egg white and vegetable of my convenience. -
I drink water or tea, no sugar added at all. At 2 i grub on some fruit or some steamed veggies, remember everything is with a portion, use your hand to determine it. (

At 7:30 i eat greek yogurt OR drink my protein shake (if you worked out). By 9 i snack again eating an apple w chile n limon.

You take cla about 2-3 times a day, 10 minutes before every meal. And the rest u can take together at whatever time as long as you have food in your system! If u have any questions lmk! Or if you need me to be more detailed ill be more than happy to explain! (DM me)
It takes about 2 weeks for your body to get used to it, i promise you results but its nottt easy. Working out gives you faster results. Drink your 12 cups of water!! Its not easy at first so work your way up....

- beer is equivalent to 7 pieces of bread. so drop the beer and alcohol (drink occasionally if u want)
- getting your 8 hours of sleep is really important
