Dipping my toe into what the right-wing media world is saying about the Louisville protests. First up is an unfounded claim that the woman who started Louisville Books to Prisoners delivered "riot equipment" to protesters. You can't make out the faces of those in the truck https://twitter.com/stillgray/status/1308860848685887489
Claim that YouTube is shutting down live streams of protests in Louisville. There are several streams still currently broadcasting. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=louisville+protest&sp=EgJAAQ%253D%253D https://twitter.com/selfdeclaredref/status/1308844349539614728
A lot of folks have come to depend on a handful of reliable and locally based live streamers for protests in Louisville. Those folks have been out on the ground for months and people turn to them mostly through live streams on Facebook
Don't be surprised to see this portion of the protests picked up on by right-wing media in the coming days. I wouldn't be surprised if it made its way to Fox and then to the president to mention on live TV https://twitter.com/DailyCaller/status/1308858707913175040
Quotes like this seem to be specifically clipped and put out because of a desire to shift blame for future actions onto "celebrities and influencers" (i.e. liberals, i.e. democrats). This also ignores the realities that plenty of Kentuckians are upset https://twitter.com/BreitbartNews/status/1308852905496260613
Another thing that's sure to be latched onto in the coming days: AG Cameron says officers did knock and announce themselves the night Breonna Taylor was shot and killed. Multiple neighbors have said that didn't happen. https://twitter.com/MattWalshBlog/status/1308849356322353153
Again, the U-haul incident will be used as sort of ammo on the right to push the claim of antifa takeover of cities and also a tool to shame the FBI, which has previously said antifa is an ideology and not a coherent organization. https://twitter.com/JackPosobiec/status/1308867760500473873
