Thinking about how if I never started watching edits of black hair blue eyed anime boys after I finished Given I probably wouldn't have found fkbu.
Daisuke showed up in every edit and eventually I started watching edits of just him.
*STORYTIME*

The date was Thursday, April 16, 2020. For the past 3 days I was watching edits of a handsome man named Daisuke Kambe. I decided to seek out the anime he was from. I started to watch episode 1 and it was...decent. Daisuke was the main thing that kept me watching.

I started to fall in love with the show after "Kato" jumped into Daisuke's car like a fucking madman. But the moment that really sold the show for me was Daisuke staring down at Kato with the hottest anime grin I had ever seen and watching him fall off the bridge.

When that scene happened, I broke down laughing to the point of tears and said to myself "holy fucking SHIT I'm gonna love this show."

Little did I know that during the hiatus I would rewatch episodes one and two to the point where I had them memorized.

Of course, with every rewatch i started to like Kato, whom I later learned was named Haru. I remember reading the English translation of the ed and being dragged into Daiharu hell as well. The main reason I made a twitter acc too was to find fkbu friends before the hiatus ended.

Literally no one asked for this thread but uh yea that's how I got into fkbu, why I joined fkbutwt, and how I became a Daiharu shipper.

Season 1 finale in 18ish hours. It's been fun.

I do plan on staying in the fandom but if yukoku no moriarty gets a fandom in october dont be surprised to see me simping. I read the manga, it's great, and I'm so freaking excited for the anime.
