If there's a VGC 2021 "Ultra Series", Arcanine will reign above Incineroar for the entire series.
In the same way that Incineroar enables balance vs Dynamax in 2020, Arcanine will do the same 2021, but also check Zacian, which is important #TeamCinnabar

I'm thinking this because of Urshifu in Series 6, whom Arcanine is somewhat decent at walling.
Incineroar struggles to wall Urshifu w/o the support of Togekiss and Amoonguss.
Amoongus can somewhat wall Zacian in theory, but Zacian otherwise obliterates Togekiss and Incineroar.
