1 year ago today I was chasing around ibiza convinced we was getting kidnapped trying to fight everyone in sight, full of paranoia. This weekend I’ve returned from Berlin 3 days partying experiencing next to no anxiety or negative feelings what so ever. (1)
We have reached a point now where more people are experiencing mental health issues due to current situations, and it’s only going to get worse. (2)
From experience, and it’s always very easy to say ; but if you are experiencing any feelings right now that you can’t rationalise or understand what they are, or are feeling extreme discomfort mentality reach out to those who are close to you. (3)
Don’t be afraid to try new things, whether it be medication,therapy or identifying the negatives in your life and removing them from your lifestyle. (4)
I’ve now been medicated for various issues for 4 months, after years of denying my true problems and continuing to live a negative lifestyle that obviously hasn’t helped any underlying issues (5)
I’ve always been against the medication, but this is probably down to my negative mindset assuming they won’t work. (6)
There are lots of negative and scary stories about medication, but for a lot of people it works ; not straight away, but mixed with positive lifestyle changes and speaking out on how you feel it will make a change. (7)
Long story short, talk to your friends and close ones. It’s awkward at first, but with a few short conversations you can make someone’s life so much more easier and take a huge weight off their shoulders. (8)
