The sahir kills the animal without saying the name of Allah and instead says the name of Shayateen, then he throws the slaughtered animal in a remote place that is a home of the jinn, he returns home and says spells and verses full of kufr, then tells the shaytan what he wants.
This sihr is done with needles & hair.
