can we talk about how this month is still suicide prevention month and literally no one is talking about it?
Suicide is still a real thing and no one ever notices the signs of it until it fucking happens. #SuicidePreventionMonth

Here are some ways to ask someone (who has anxiety or something else) how they are without asking ‘how are you?’

Please please look out for the signs.

Remember that reaching out to someone isn’t being ‘annoying’ or ‘weak’, you are completely valid for feeling this way and there’s always people here for you when you’re feeling down.

Hundreds of people loose family members, friends and lovers to this and no one is doing anything to raise awareness.
Making jokes about someone’s death isn’t and will never be funny and if you think it is then you need to be checked out
