Okay, time to post a #Bears- #Giants film thread.

First week of the #BearDown Breakdown starts now.
1: The first #Bears touchdown.

Mitch looks off his first few reads, rolls outside and allows David Montgomery to make a play with the ball in his hands on the wheel route. The rollout got the safety to bite, which gave Mont some room to work with.

Great play. #DaBears
2: Jimmy Graham is huge and he should feel huge.

This is an aspect of the offense the #Bears offense was missing last season. A very simple play that can happen because Mitch can throw a ball only Jimmy can catch.

Mitch high points, first down Bears.
3: The second #Bears touchdown.

BY FAR my favorite play of the game. Pocket awareness, Mitch doesn't panic and take off, offensive line HANDLES BUSINESS and Darnell Mooney stays aware of whats happening to his QB.

Meat was on the table here. A+ all around.
4: Taking back costly penalties.

This play should make Matt Nagy excited to run the football. Charles Leno and James Daniels make this play and Mont shows why the team believes in him being our future in running back.

Former offensive lineman in me was screaming. #Bears
5: Mitch needs to make a smarter decision.

As I point out, this ball needs to be caught and I love the aggressiveness. However, this is a third down in the 4th quarter and a first down > deep shot.

Live to see another day here Mitch. #Bears
6: We get to the defense.

Robert Quinn showed that his impact can be made early and often, even on a snap count. First snap with #DaBears , an outstanding swim move for the strip sack.

Strip sacks are pretty cool. #Bears
7: Deon Bush interception playing nickle sub linebacker.

As far as passing downs go, Roquan/Bush seem like the pairing you want. Bush keeps his eyes on the quarterback, recognizes the situation and makes an aggresive move for the football.

This is huge growth. #Bears
8: Kyle Fuller playing scrappy.

This happened early, but it set the tone. Fuller playing on the front of his feet to make a play underneath is when hes at his best. Very good deep corner physically, but elite when it comes to instincts.

Kyle looks damn good so far. #Bears
9: Final play of the game.

Easy to review the Pick Six that called back, so I found my second favorite @BoJack39 play. Understanding the situation and using an incoming penalty to play physical in coverage here.

Awareness off the charts. #Bears
10: Last criticism of the week: Danny T in coverage.

Seems like a low hanging fruit, but this play is impossible to ignore. Trevethan got flat out beat on this play trying to guess the route and Roquan was already in the second phase of his zone.

Can't happen. #Bears
