Tabitha Morton is reading a statement from Janet McDermott from Women’s Aid. Her statement says they have asked for legal guidance around providing services for trans and non binary demographics.

Diana James states that they run separate services for men & women, although they allow anyone who identifies as a woman into the female refuge.
They say that their risk assessments are robust.

Diane started a twitter storm on the train on the way to parliament as the trains wiFi would...

...not allow them to access adult websites. Specifically to shop for sex toys.

So to recap, Diane, on their way to give evidence on single sex spaces in parliament was googling sex shops and then complaining on twitter.... #WEPfactcheck
