7/10 We were forced to watch Kenosha burn to the ground on social media, then see a Good Samaritan Illinois resident railroaded by the Kenosha DA and democrat politicians. I watched every video the New York Times shared on Kyle Rittenhouse’s alleged murders...

8/10 That boy defended himself from those murderous convicted felons. Now Wisconsin is bent on destroying him for it. This is unacceptable. We are being misused and now that Governor Evers is blaming the UW campuses for increases in virus cases and his subsequent tyranny,...

9/10 I say he has to be stopped. I will not let my children watch me accept this when I don’t. I will not teach my children that our elected representatives are really our chosen masters. They aren’t. I hope to hear a statement from you this week. Thank you.

Thank you for your email.

I agree, Governor Evers has clearly overstepped his authority with the newest emergency order and another mask mandate. If we go in to vote it down, there is nothing to stop him from issuing another one,

and another one. If he had asked for an extension like he should have done, we would have been able to say no and it would have been settled. Clearly, he did not want to give the legislature any opportunity for input and is choosing to ignore the law instead.

I think he is enjoying playing politics and testing his power. I would prefer to see the courts decide this matter once and for all, not just for COVID, but for any time in the future when we are in a “state of emergency”.

I support having the legislature actively engage in the court case that has already been filed on this issue and am encouraging that course of action as our best option. I feel your sense of urgency and would like to see a clear plan set forth as soon as possible.
