Sussex has a good city in it, Hampshire has three (I like going drinking in Pompey and Winchester).

Whereas Essex is full of Thatcherites with bleached arseholes and Kent's USP is "garden of England", which is ridiculous when literally every county has mile upon mile of boring countryside.

Surrey is also fairly shit I suppose, but in a drearily non-specific way. Middlesex is alright. Hertfordshire is absolutely terribly so maybe that should be in the play-offs with Essex and Kent.
