Me: You mean the 2023 times that people have judged my work? I am *absolutely* NOT paying attention to that.

For years, I& #39;ve been able to scrape by paying ZERO attention to the numbers that relate to my books. I don& #39;t intend to start now.

In fact, the only numbers that I pay attention to are Dewey Decimals and Library of Congress record. Maybe ISBN.

I understand that I& #39;m probably abdicating a certain level of responsibility & acting in a childish manner. It is what it is. Sue me. (Or don& #39;t b/c I honestly don& #39;t know if I have the $ to settle. Ask the guy checking out my Goodreads profile.)

And yes, I understand that this thread could come off as a kind of humble brag. But truthfully, it& #39;s just a panic thread brought you by garden variety anxiety.
