Yesterday, SB868 “Kayden’s Law” was voted out of the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary committee unanimously. This is a big step forward for this important piece of legislation for CHILD USA’s initiative to reform the family court system.
Yesterday, SB868 “Kayden’s Law” was voted out of the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary committee unanimously. This is a big step forward for this important piece of legislation for CHILD USA’s initiative to reform the family court system.
Over 750 US children have been murdered by a dangerous parent amid a custody battle in the past decade, as 7-year old Kayden was after a Pennsylvania family court ordered she have contact with her eventual murderer - her father - in 2018.
