Ok so you know how when you first start at a job you go through this BURST of learning?

Well... That kind of tapers off once you've been at the company for 6-9 months.

You don't feel like you need to absorb all info through osmosis just to keep up with co-workers anymore

BUT
Then your urgency to continue learning kinda... drops.

LikeIn my 1:1 this past week, when my boss asked me what was going on, I said I was "chugging along".

I feel like this is the tipping point. I can continue chugging along, or I can push myself to keep learning again.
It's harder now, I need to motivate myself instead of being motivated by my surroundings.

But it's this tipping point I think I'll thank myself for later on.

Still taking the weekends to ~ not ~ though. Cause that's my time to veg out ✌️
