Ok so you know how when you first start at a job you go through this BURST of learning?
Well... That kind of tapers off once you& #39;ve been at the company for 6-9 months.
You don& #39;t feel like you need to absorb all info through osmosis just to keep up with co-workers anymore
BUT

Then your urgency to continue learning kinda... drops.
LikeIn my 1:1 this past week, when my boss asked me what was going on, I said I was "chugging along".
I feel like this is the tipping point. I can continue chugging along, or I can push myself to keep learning again.

It& #39;s harder now, I need to motivate myself instead of being motivated by my surroundings.
But it& #39;s this tipping point I think I& #39;ll thank myself for later on.
Still taking the weekends to ~ not ~ though. Cause that& #39;s my time to veg out
