The scam in the employment realm is education. Make no mistakes, your level of education matters when it comes to knowing some of your job, however, companies want you to come into you job in debt because it makes you HAVE to be an employee

It’s not as important to have a degree in some jobs, especially after you’ve gained a certain amount of experience. But, it is important for you to have 80, 100 or 200 thousand in debt. That way, you need your job

It makes you more willing to take on more bs for the same pay or minimal raises.

And before you argue, I’ve had this conversation with many business owners. It’s economics and psychology.

All that being said, create your exit plan to get out of the workforce or put yourself in a position to not need these corporations. Find a side hustle and invest in yourself. Sacrifice the kick it for a couple months or years till you hone your craft and start making your way
