Nélson Semedo to Wolves is a great move for all parties.
Semedo needed a fresh start elsewhere after the Bayern defeat, Wolves needed a Matt Doherty replacement to free up Adama Traoré going forward, Barça needed a younger RB (Max Aarons/Sergiño Dest) to begin a new cycle with.

Semedo showed signs of promise at Barça and proved to be a more reliable RB on the defensive end than Sergi Roberto, but he failed to deliver on a consistent basis for several reasons:
-His own attacking limitations
-Lack of a natural right winger (played with Salvio at Benfica)

It’s no coincidence that we saw some of the most complete Semedo performances when playing alongside Ousmane Dembélé, an actual winger that could provide actual width.
He should regain his confidence and top form playing alongside Adama as he looks to push for a Euros spot.

Semedo is a much better defender than Doherty — don’t let a 5-second clip vs. Bayern tell you otherwise — and he should allow Nuno with the option to switch between a back 4 and a back 5.
He’s more suited to the Prem and a system that demands work rate more than creativity.
