as we have seen earlier, taeil looks younger beside taller members and our newest member is very tall. so yes, taeil recruits the new member to look younger. as idols get older, they tend to loose their charm, according to the public

yes, many would try to contrast this by saying that there is g-dragon and rain and lee hyori and many other stunning 3rd gen idols but since that doesnt matter for my theory i will be blatantly ignoring that.
