3. I have screen-shot much of this thread, because I have grown to believe that this report is being removed from our collective memory… very slowly.
Under Labor leaders Premier Mike Rann and former PM, Kevin Rudd, an 80 year suppression order was applied to this report.

5. Pondering the unthinkable, I went back to [trusted] Govt. sources that published the original Mullighan report.
I found a report entitled:
“Second annual report by the Minister for Families and Communities”
It was offered to the Commission.

10. Thank God our Federal Child Abuse Royal Commission site still has the report, because the South Australian Govt. doesn’t seem to think it is necessary anymore!
