That they can opt into a ballot for tickets for games they want to go to, but if they don't get tickets they won't get their money back until after games have been played is shocking. Refunds will be issued in 3 batches. November 2020 for games to the 31st October. February 2021

Refunds for games from the 1st November to 31 January. And then June 2021 for games from 1st February to the end of May. I'm actually gobsmacked that @Everton think this is OK! To have to wait over 3 months for refunds for games that have been played? They have had season ticket
