People, DON'T buy from @RelianceDigital.

I bought an Acer Swift 5 from the website about a week ago. The box looked as if it had gone through a brutal beating, and, to no one's surprise, it was having issues right out of the box.

Thread continued:
The day after the laptop was delivered (I had already tried all troubleshooting methods), I contacted @RelianceDigital 's customer care. I told them about the whole event and the problem, and they said that >>>
I would need a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate from Acer, as this was "clearly, a manufacturing defect".
So I called @Acer , and the guy told me that the DOA cert. was given by the retailer, not the manufacturer. >>>

@RelianceDigital
So I contacted @RelianceDigital again, and the guy said that a "senior official" would call me back about this issue within 24 hours. It has been more than 72 hours since that interaction. >>>
So, I have spent the last hour calling @RelianceDigital . Every time, the customer care employee has picked up my call, and I narrate the whole event. Then I request to connect directly to a "senior official". Every single time, I am put on hold, and then the call is cut by them.
I have a 50-minute video clip to show for this. I have recorded every single one of those calls, along with a video clip that shows me calling and talking to about 12 different callers, who have cut me off after putting me on hold. >>>
@RelianceDigital
So, everyone reading this thread, DON'T buy anything from @RelianceDigital . I am yet to receive the "within 24-hour" callback, and about 12 direct transfers to a "senior official".

Pathetic. Expected better from Mukesh Ambani's vision of E-Commerce in India.
