habits of the skinny friend of my friend group, a thread ☁
disclaimer: we know eachother for so long and she was always the skinniest one. this thread only includes her eating habits. you should know that i quote her words, you can find them right or wrong i just wanted to make this to see what should i do when i reach my ugw.
before we start, she's 160 cm (5'3) and weighs 49-50 kg. i don't know about her body measurements but she told me that her waist is smaller than L1s4's and she has a tigh gap anyways let's start
– she wakes up pretty late and she doesn't eat until she gets really hungry. she didn't say what she does in school days but i don't think it's different than usual
– she never eats junk food. she said that she only eats it when she has no other options of food even then she tries not to eat the whole menu or she gets really sick
– she doesn't really exercise but she dances a lot
– when she wants to eat snacks she prefers fruits, if there are no fruits she just drink water. the only unhealthy snack she loves was ice cream
– she HATES sodas with sugar. i never see her drinking a soda with sugar in it
– her portions are always small. even when it's not she doesn't eat more than she needs. she said one time when they were at her uncle's house her uncle's wife gave her a big plate, she tried to finish it but ended up puking lmao small stomach problems
– she didn't say this but this is something i notice, she's a slow eater. she takes her time and chews for a very long time
