Considering most of the people want to lose weight, just ask yourself how will that happen? It’s simple. You burn that stored fat from your body. Lot of things in your body are responsible for your weight. But fat is the most useless one to get rid off.
How will you do that? Simply reduce 200 calories from your total energy expenditure calculated to begin with. Now your body has no option but to rely on stored fat to generate energy. Simple AF!
But wait, what if it starts burning your muscle too? Don’t worry. Introduce basic exercises to provide resistance to your muscles. You can see them growing too

Doesn’t mean you eat chocolates and cakes all day but still be in deficit to lose fat. Keep protein intake at 25%. Rest intake manage between carbs and fats.
Now most importantly patience. Our body is a complex system. So do give it time. If you’re wondering how much, to reduce 1kg of fat, you need to deficit a cumulative ~7000 cal
To get things to perspective, if you want to lose 1kg, reduce 500 calories per day, with in 14 days you will have the results.
