1. Publish to free account and share login details out to people.
P: easiest for you
C: users have to logout of their MS account & back in. Every so often one will have to change the pw and you& #39;re reliant on them to save and share the new one.

2. Publish the same desktop file to multiple free accs.
P: easiest for users. *Maybe* automatable with power shell but don& #39;t quote me on that
C: hassle for you if can& #39;t be automated

3. Have users interact with PBI desktop instead of web.

4. Strip out personal data and publish to web.
P: Underrated option imo- you don& #39;t always need to know Ind kids. Technically anyone can view but if you stick the iframe in a secure part of school site, in practice no one will find it on the web.
C: no kid/staff level info
